Empowerment and mainstreaming of disabled girls/women through building their capacity to be self dependent and live a meaningful & quality life with self pride and dignity.

Organizing disabled girls & women in groups at different levels – gram panchayat to district level to create a united platform for sharing the oppressions and discriminations they face and voice for their rights. |

Creating awareness in the civil society to bring change in the attitude and realization of the needs and rights of the disabled girls & women. |

Advocacy, lobbying and networking with government officials and non-governmental organizations for inclusion of disability in the development policies, programs or schemes. |
Organizational Structure
The Association is registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 and managed by 7 board members (all disabled women). The Association is run on financial support from overseas funding agencies and local donations, technical support by partner organisations & consultants and moral support by friends & well wishers.
